The role we are offering you:

By joining our team you will have the opportunity to observe and contribute to the development of a global Human Resources Operations (shared services) model. Are you ready to:

  • Create and update existing knowledge articles job aids and guides to support standardized HR processes and system usage.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for HRIS business (HR) processes capturing feedback and updating documentation accordingly.

  • Organize and catalogue documentation into a centralized digital library (Sharepoint MS Teams) to ensure accessibility and version control.

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to refine and validate content for onboarding and other shared services functions.

  • Proactive approach to research finding solutions and sharing ideas

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Effective writing skills (English & French)

Location of the internship is Montreal (Saint-Laurent)

Internship will be carried out in a hybrid work model (2-3 days/week in office)

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.

*Please take note that if you are on a student work or international student permit the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
