Primeproperty Group is a multi-disciplined property organisation. Through a number of independent companies the group owns and operates commercial office buildings car parking buildings hotels industrial and retail properties. The group also owns and develops residential land and housing estates.

Our Commercial Property team are looking for our next champion to join the team!
This is such a great opportunity if youre someone takes immense pride in their craft getting stuck in taking pride to provide quality workmanship across our portfolio of residential buildings.
The role
This role is a key to our success working with the wider team in carrying out both preventative and reactive painting and repairs (plastering) of our residential properties in Wellington ensuring our buildings continue to be well maintained for our current and up and coming tenants. This opportunity is up for the grabbing ready to offer the successful candidate scope to make their mark.
What about you
- Experienced painter minimum of 3 years
- We are looking for a team player but also that you are able to self-manage and meet deadlines required
- Positive can-do attitude
- Pride yourself on quality workmanship with a strong eye for detail
- Previous experience with general maintenance
- Good understanding of health & safety
This role will also involve physical fitness due to moving heavy items on occasion and a full clean NZ Drivers Licence.
