As a Sales Support and Executive Assistant you will need to quickly develop an understanding of the teams operations culture policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include support in significant cross-functional business development initiatives support in reporting budget management and meeting and event/meeting planning and execution via live videoconference and conference calls. Be the central point of contact for coordination and communication of cross departmental events and welcome and orientation for newcomers in the update and circulate meeting materials ahead of time including keynotes agenda etc. Support Sales Management on punctual business initiatives reporting needs or selected on-site meetings including room reservations catering managing speakers and presenters schedules with finance to maintain equipment inventory and assist with new equipment purchases/ visitors from foreign/home office as Apple Country Manager and the Sales Team
- Strong level of German and English
- Substantial experience of high-level complex administration work at a senior level
