Social Services Case Manager for Supportive Services for Veterans (SSVF)

Office Location: Delaware Ohio

Classification: Full-Time Non-Exempt 37.5 hours/week 8:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute unpaid meal break.

Salary: $19.10 per hour.

Job Focus: This position is responsible for case management services including crisis intervention/emergency lodging housing search case plans financial literacy/budgeting transportation employment search/linkage referral and linkage to community resources. Other duties include completion of client intake and assessment forms data collection and HMIS entry.

• Licensed social worker preferred
• Experience working with persons facing housing crisis and/or homelessness preferred
• Experience working with Veteran population preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality
• At least 21 years old with a valid Ohio Drivers license and the ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards.
