Coverage area:Upper Marlboro and Batimore (shared services)

Schedule: Full-Time

As a Home Health Branch Operating Manager You will:

• Manage and support administrative and non-clinical operations of the agency
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance under Branch Director supervision
• Assist with billing processes to support timely claim submission and minimize denials
• Participate in internal audits surveys and report preparation
• Maintain contracts vendor records and assist with medical records requests
• Support the Director with audits licensure reviews and compliance activities (QAPI Complaints EPP etc.)
• Ensure all employee documentation and regulatory compliance requirements are met

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients staff and other stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Understanding of relevant state and federal regulations governing home health care

• Understanding expense management

• Ability to analyze situations identify problems and develop effective solutions
