Were looking for a Sales Manager who shares our passion for people community and creating memorable experiences. About the RoleAs the Sales Manager youll be responsible for driving local sales initiatives building community relationships and supporting our restaurants through strategic event planning and grassroots marketing. This role is ideal for someone whos outgoing organized and thrives in a fast-paced guest-first environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute local marketing and sales strategies to grow restaurant traffic and sales. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses hotels event planners and community organizations. Coordinate and promote in-house events private dining and catering opportunities. Represent Tin Lizzys at local networking events festivals and community gatherings. Partner with General Managers and Operations Leaders to ensure each locations initiatives align with brand goals. Track sales efforts measure ROI and provide regular updates on key performance metrics. Ensure all promotional materials and events reflect the Tin Lizzys brand standards and culture of Friends Serving Friends.
Qualifications2 years of experience in restaurant hospitality or event sales (multi-unit experience a plus). Proven ability to develop local partnerships and drive traffic through community engagement. Strong communication organization and relationship-building skills. Self-starter who can manage priorities and work both independently and collaboratively. Passion for hospitality food and connecting with people.
