This position provides assistance with the planning and execution of the Christmas Assistance Program. Assignment dates: November 1-December 20
Must be able to work weekdays weekends and evenings as needed hours of operation may vary
Assist with pick up donations from community sites
Organize and sort donated packages
Fill in as needed as a bell ringer
Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned including but not limited to:
o Unload truck deliveries
o Sort toys
o Label gift bags
o Setup and breakdown of toy warehouse
o Assist with toy distribution
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Good communication skills and team management
Willingness to uphold and support The Salvation Armys mission and ministry
Reliable and able to work well with a team
Ability to lift 50 pounds
A valid Ohio Drivers License and experience driving a box truck
