Responsibilities
- Accurately pull parts and load deliveries onto vans/trucks
- Receive incoming shipments (UPS FedEx freight etc.) verify counts and enter inventory into our system
- Check and match parts against invoices orders and other records
- Maintain accurate records for receiving returns deliveries and shipping
- Follow up on special orders and ensure timely processing
- Tag store and handle warranty parts appropriately
- Assist with inventory cycle counts
- Keep inventory counter and retail display areas clean and organized
- Perform all tasks safely efficiently and professionally
- Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive attitude daily
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn and grow within the company
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Previous dealership or parts department experience is a plus
