A growing financial company is seeking a dedicated Administrative Loan Processor to provide crucial administrative support to the underwriting team. This role involves assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the underwriting process including report preparation deadline tracking and client support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented organized and familiar with Excel with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative support to underwriters including preparing reports and tracking deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments such as sales and marketing to facilitate smooth operations in the underwriting process.
- Provide customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain the underwriting database and filing systems ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with managing calendars and scheduling for the underwriting team.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to learn and open to training.
