What youll do

As a Duty Manager youll love what you do andtake pride in delighting our guests:

You will be reportingto the Reception Manager and will be responsible guiding and inspiring the Hostteam to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.

Youll have experienceworking in boutique hotels delivering unique tailored and personalisedexperiences to guests concierge services therefore you will have the ultimateLondon knowledge and well-established relationships that will offer our gueststhe very best of what should have their notice.

What youll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previous experiencein a 5* hotel as a Duty Manager
• Strong verbal communication skills and be well presented
• Passion to the role and the team and unique personality
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to deal with guest complaints calmly and professionally
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Opera and Microsoft knowledge
