What Youll Do
Perform detailed home inspections following Pillar To Post standards
Produce comprehensive digital inspection reports for clients and real estate professionals
Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients
Maintain equipment and uphold the companys reputation for quality and reliability
Build relationships with local Real Estate Professionalsand customers to grow the business

Qualifications
Florida Home Inspector License (or ability to obtain one in 3 months or less)
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Basic understanding of home systems (electrical plumbing HVAC roofing etc.)
Comfortable using tablets mobile apps and reporting software
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Schedule
Full-time Monday through Saturday (some flexibility based on client needs)
