DescriptionAbout the Role
Were seeking a commercially minded Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead financial planning and analysis across our operations. This role is central to turning data into actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the business has accurate timely and meaningful reporting.
Youll lead budgeting forecasting and long-range planning provide insight into performance trends and collaborate with commercial and operational teams to drive financial performance. If youre a proactive analytical finance professional with strong business partnering skills this is a fantastic opportunity to influence strategy in a dynamic logistics environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead annual budgets quarterly forecasts and long-range financial plans.
Deliver high-quality financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives.
Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior management and Board packs.
Own and enhance financial models for scenario planning investment analysis and business cases.
Collaborate with commercial teams to identify cost-saving or revenue-enhancing opportunities.
Support month-end close activities including variance analysis and commentary.
Drive improvements in reporting tools dashboards and financial systems.
Participate in cross-functional projects providing financial leadership and guidance.
Respond to ad hoc requests for financial analysis and Board-level reporting.
Skills And ExperiencesAbout You
Were looking for a strategic finance professional with:
7 years experience in financial analysis business partnering or planning roles.
Experience preparing and contributing insights to Board-level reporting.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Proven ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
Experience in budgeting forecasting and performance reporting.
High proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP BI tools).
Tertiary qualification in Finance Accounting or Business; CPA/CA preferred.
Exceptional organisational stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
A proactive results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and influence teams.
