Shift: 10x4 Days

Pay Rate: $3202 Weekly Gross

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to pediatric patients. The PT will evaluate plan and implement therapy programs to improve mobility strength and functional outcomes often in collaboration with other specialists such as speech therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and treat pediatric patients with various diagnoses including those with combined speech-related needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and therapy goals.
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy programs as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Provide education and guidance to patients and families on home exercise programs and therapeutic activities.
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric physical therapy.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience preferably pediatric.
Licensed Physical Therapist in South Dakota.
Experience working with patients with combined diagnoses (physical and speech-related).

Certifications:

AHA BLS
Active South Dakota State License
