Position Summary:
Were seeking a Head of Demand Generation / Growth Marketing to build and scale the engine that drives predictable pipeline and growth. This leader will own the digital demand engineinbound paid outbound ABM website optimization and funnel performancewhile ensuring our story breaks through to the market in compelling customer-centric ways.
The ideal candidate combines performance marketing rigor with growth marketing creativity: mastering demand mechanics leveraging GenAI/LLMs for scale and personalization and embedding storytelling hooks CTAs and buyer pain points into every program.
Essential Job Functions What Youll Do:
Pipeline Growth & Campaign Leadership
- Own pipeline targets across inbound digital outbound (paid social search display) ABM and website conversion optimization.
- Partner with field/events marketing to ensure conferences and bespoke programs integrate tightly into funnel impact.
- Build campaigns that orchestrate digital channels and nurture flows to accelerate leads through the funnel.
Website & CRO Leadership
- Own website as a demand channel: ensure messaging CTAs and conversion paths are continuously tested and optimized.
- Apply best practices in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experiment design.
- Leverage AI-driven tools for SEO AIO (AI Optimization for summaries/overviews) and GEO (search generative engine optimization).
Storytelling & Breakthrough Marketing
- Ensure demand programs incorporate compelling story elements that resonate with buyer pains challenge the status quo and differentiate DemandScience in a crowded market.
- Embed strong CTAs emotional hooks and problem-to-resolution framing into campaigns.
- Champion customer as hero positioning in campaign storytelling even when not owning customer marketing directly.
GenAI-Driven Growth & Labs Integration
- Integrate LLMs and GenAI into demand workflows for campaign ideation creative testing message personalization and dynamic optimization.
- Partner with DemandScience Labs to pilot AIhuman campaign design and feed learnings back into scaled programs.
- Drive innovation in how we orchestrate multi-channel demand using AI insights.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with Sales Product Marketing and RevOps to align on ICP segmentation and pipeline goals.
- Ensure attribution and measurement connect demand activities to revenue.
- Collaborate with brand/content teams to scale storytelling and creative assets.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead mentor and scale a high-performing demand generation and growth marketing team.
- Foster a culture of experimentation learning and accountability.
- Partner with distributed team members in the Philippines to scale campaign execution content production and optimization ensuring seamless collaboration across geographies.
Essential Qualifications What Youll Need:
- Bachelors degree in sales business communications or related discipline preferred
- Proven experience driving measurable pipeline growth in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services.
- Hands-on expertise in inbound paid outbound ABM and website/CRO.
- Understanding of LLMs AIO GEO and practical applications of GenAI in marketing.
- Strong grasp of storytelling principles: pain/problem framing differentiation customer-as-hero narrative and compelling CTAs.
- Analytical rigor with a creative edge: able to experiment test and scale what works.
- Collaborative leader with cross-functional alignment skills.
- Experience leading distributed or global marketing teams.
