What you will do:
As our Human Resources Manager Business Partnership you will provide HR partnership to leaders and employees across primary focus will be on partnering with these leaders and functions to create and develop a highly engaged and performance-based team that delivers results within the company values. You will partner with teams to translate business strategy into HR strategy to achieve growth ambitions for Canada and will deliver strategic HR partnership through talent management succession planning individual development planning (including coaching) change management performance management employee relations and orchestration of other HR will provide seamless effective full-service HR support to all stakeholders including leaders and employees.
Proactively collaborates with their client groups to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
Partner with the business unit leader & recruiter(s) on all recruitment activity; always ensuring a high talent mind-set is maintained and effective talent bench in place
Drive performance management as part of the organizational culture. Ensure strong Job Descriptions performance objectives bonus objectives and incentive plans are in place and providing input on compensation guidelines
Manage talent review support and guide the creation of Individual development plans succession planning all the time developing the teams talent bench
Set and provide HR direction for business unit; advising clients on employment practices corporate and divisional policies/procedures
Oversee and lead employee litigation/dispute resolution for assigned business group
Recommend and implement changes to HR processes that increase customer satisfaction and HR efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure that new employees are effectively on-boarded and terminated employees are appropriately exited
Conduct work in compliance with all laws rules and regulations and in accordance with Strykers high ethical standards. Ensure employment documentation is appropriately administered
What you need:
Required:
Bachelors Degree in HR or Business or a related field of study is required for this position.
8 years of professional HR work experience required.
6 years of Manager level HR (Business Partnership and/or COE) experience required.
5 years of HR experience supporting multiple diverse business/functional groups including Commercial and Enabling Functions at a Global company.
Preferred:
French Bilingualism is preferred.
Canadian Human Resource Professional designation preferred.
