This role will support the bidding function of the Middle East Business Generation team. The post holder will support the delivery of winning bid submissions and provide support for all related internal and external communications and activity.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring vendor portals for opportunities to bid
- Updating vendor registrations as required
- Manage incoming bid opportunities from email inbox for distribution
- Uploading RFP documents for legal review with Risk Management (RM) team
- Creating baseline documents for bid responses
- Completing company profiles supplying standard documents for pre-qualification questionnaires
- Organising meetings for bid teams
- Supporting the wider bidding team in capturing best practice answers and sharing new materials
- Setting up MS Teams channels for bid management
- CV formatting following standard branding
Qualifications :
- Minimum of two years of experience in a bid support role
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-organised with a customer-orientated approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office products (PowerPoint Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Qualifications in marketing business or another relevant field is a strong advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential and Arabic language skills advantageous

- This role has no direct reports
Location and travel
- The post holder will be based in our Riyadh office
- There is no requirement for travel beyond occasional trips to Dubai
