Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce operations management with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core functionalities (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud etc.).
- Proven track record of managing Salesforce projects and delivering measurable results within a Salesforce environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices data management principles security concepts and business processes as they relate to Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment that uses Agile development methodologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools (Flows Process Builder Validation Rules etc.) and Apex code (preferred).
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Advanced Administrator Salesforce Consultant Salesforce Developer).
- Experience with specific Salesforce-related technologies (e.g. Marketing Cloud Sales Cloud Service Cloud CPQ Pardot Einstein Analytics MuleSoft).
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations as they relate to Salesforce data.
- Experience in Automotive industry and its application within the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation specifically within the context of Salesforce processes.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps practices.
