We are seeking an enthusiastic knowledgeable and committed History Teacher to join the successful Humanities faculty at a well-regarded secondary academy in the Hounslow area of West London.

This is a full-time permanent position starting in January 2026.

We Are Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• A proven track record as an excellent History Teacher with experience teaching the subject to at least Key Stage 4 (GCSE).
• A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
• A strong commitment to research-informed teaching and enriching students historical understanding.
• The drive to contribute positively to the academic life of the school.

Salary and Benefits

• Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
  • The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale (The Outer London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately 37870 as of September 2025).
• A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of 2000 per annum.
