About the job

As Project Manager in the Operational Excellence team you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and innovation across our logistics network. Reporting to the Ops Excellence Manager you will be part of a dynamic team who designs and implements disruptive solutions in last-mile and DC (Distribution Center) operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading and supporting Operational Excellence projects across the logistics network from design to implementation and follow-up.
Identifying operational gaps and opportunities to optimize efficiency safety and sustainability.
Translating business requirements into actionable project plans clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
Collaborating with the Operations Teams to deploy best practices and ensure alignment with global standards.
Supporting the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
Collecting and analyzing operational data to evaluate project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Liaising with the different key stakeholders in the company for leading specific projects (Operations Product Health & Safety etc.) ensuring clear and concise communication at multiple levels regarding project status risks and progress.
Promoting a culture of operational excellence teamwork and continuous improvement across the organization.

About you

Apart from this we highly value:

Previous experience (around 2 years) as a Project Manager in the logistics sector preferably in the last-mile or warehouse environmetns.
Proven experience in Operational Excellence projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with uncertainty and limited data.
Excellent communication skills both in Spanish and English.
Stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
Hands-on attitude proactive mindset and readiness to take ownership and deliver results.
Strong customer-centric mindset and passion for operational excellence.
