Position Overview
Our client is seeking aSenior Civil Engineer I/IIto join their Ontario office. This role supports a wide range of land development projects from residential and commercial sites to public infrastructure focusing on design technical execution and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engineering designs calculations and plans for grading drainage and utilities.
Coordinate with project managers contractors and agencies to ensure design compliance.
Review submittals RFIs and change orders during construction.
Provide quality assurance and oversee the work of junior staff.
Contribute to a collaborative problem-solving team environment.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or related field.
57 years of civil design experiencein land development or site engineering.
EIT certification required; PE license preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong communication technical and mentoring skills.
