Job Summary

We are a Berlin-based menswear retailer specialized in the finest Italian fashion and are looking for a motivated team member to join our international customer service department.

With great passion and attention to detail we present a curated selection of high-quality distinctive Neapolitan menswear - from perfectly tailored suits and elegant accessories to modern casual pieces.

Our garments represent class elegance and addition we offer made-to-measure suits carefully crafted in Italy.

Aufgaben

Your Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional service to our international customers (via E-Mail phone and in-store)
Supporting the management team in daily operations
Organizing and coordinating customer appointments and orders
Maintaining customer data and documentation of orders
Assisting with orders returns and customer inquiries
Supporting events fittings and trade fairs

Qualifikation

Your Profile:

2 years of experience in customer service preferably in an international setting
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with diverse global customers
Passion for fashion style and Italian craftsmanship
Polished manners and a professional appearance
Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills and proactive work attitude
Confident handling of MS Office
Completed vocational training or degree in tourism fashion or customer support related
Valid drivers license (Class B) is a plus
