Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer with React

Location: Iselin NJ (Onsite/ 5 days a week)

Position Overview: The Java Full Stack Developer will design develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications using modern Java backend technologies and React-based front-end frameworks. This role requires deep expertise in microservices architecture RESTful APIs database optimization and cloud deployment practices. The ideal candidate is capable of translating complex business requirements into secure high-performance technical solutions while following SDLC best practices.

Backend Development (Java)

Design develop and enhance microservices using Java Spring Boot and enterprise design patterns.
Implement scalable REST APIs ensuring secure integration with internal and external systems.
Optimize application performance with a strong focus on reliability and maintainability.
Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases.
Utilize modern dev practices including CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native tooling.

Front-End Development (React)

Build high-performing responsive and reusable UI components using React and TypeScript.
Manage state using Redux or equivalent frameworks.
Collaborate with UX teams to implement intuitive and visually consistent interfaces.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance.

Architecture Collaboration and Delivery

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver work in sprint-based increments.
Work closely with architects product owners and QA teams to ensure end-to-end quality.
Perform code reviews and enforce clean coding standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and support deployment activities.

Required Technical Qualifications

8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Java Spring Boot Microservices
React TypeScript Redux HTML5 CSS3
REST API development and integration
Database design using SQL (Oracle MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL
Messaging queues such as Kafka RabbitMQ or equivalent
Unit testing frameworks JUnit Mockito Jest etc.
Experience deploying services on AWS Azure or GCP environments.
Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins Maven Git GitHub Actions etc.).
