- 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate reliable and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care monitor patient health and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vitals progress and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and medical records.
- Educate patients and families on health management treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Adhere to infection control safety and quality assurance policies.
- Respond to medical emergencies promptly and appropriately.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
