Schedule: 36-hour weekly guarantee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team for a 14-week contract assignment. The CNA will provide essential patient care and support nursing staff to ensure a safe comfortable and respectful environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding.

  • Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature pulse and respiration rates.

  • Provide mobility support by helping residents move safely between beds chairs and wheelchairs.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

  • Communicate effectively with nurses residents and family members to ensure continuity of care.

  • Assist in maintaining a clean organized and safe environment for residents and staff.

  • Observe and report any changes in residents physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff.

  • Follow infection control safety and confidentiality policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Current and active CNA certification in good standing.

  • Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by facility standards).

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent CNA experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Compassionate patient and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Contract Details:
  • Assignment Length: 14 weeks

  • Weekly Hours Guarantee: 36 hours

  • Shift: 12-hour day shifts (6:30 AM 6:45 PM)
