Job Summary
Description:
Pay Rate: $21/hr.

How quickly do you plan on interviewing and what will the interview process look like (note job postings expire at 30 days so if you plan on being out of office it s best to wait until you return) Asap and it will be a 3 person panel
Adhere to all safety protocols including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies following engineering drawings specifications and work instructions.
Interpret assembly drawings bills of materials and technical instructions with accuracy.
Operate hand and power tools safely; certifications may be required for cranes forklifts and other equipment.
Disassemble modify rework refurbish and reassemble components as needed.
Perform tasks using knowledge of various mechanical processes operations and equipment.
Complete work order documentation quality records and accurately log labor hours.
Collaborate effectively with team members demonstrating strong communication skills.
Set and use torque wrenches correctly adhering to developed processes and seeking ways to improve.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or a related mechanical field.
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working with standard hand and power tools both pneumatic and battery operated
Knowledge of torque wrench and applied torque values
Able to Identify mechanical parts and electrical components
Ability to occasionally lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs.
Basic proficiency in English including reading writing and speaking.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.
