Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and invoices recording material information (quantity quality and type) and identifying irregularities or defects as needed

• Make informed storage decisions based on temperature humidity weight and height limits turnover rates floor loading capacity and space requirements

• Ensure items are properly labeled and organized for efficient retrieval

• Fill orders and requisition stock to meet incoming demand

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports; investigate and resolve count discrepancies

• Coordinate with freight carriers and interact directly with customers in a joint venture environment blending two corporate cultures

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn shop floor and inventory management software

• Lift and move items up to 35 lbs as required

• Travel occasionally to meet contract and customer needs

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy organization and compliance with documentation requirements

Requirements:

• Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance (Not Required to Start

• Degree in Logistics Business Administration or a related technical discipline

• Equivalent work experience (1 2 years in a related field)

• 3 5 years of experience in Supply Support / Stock Control operations

• 3 5 years using Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Project)

• 3 5 years interfacing with logistics or IT inventory management systems

• 3 5 years of warehouse experience including operation of forklifts and pallet stackers

• Experience with Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) or similar systems

• Valid drivers license required

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and pass a post-offer pre-employment physical

• Proven ability to work effectively in a high-paced team-oriented environment

• Familiarity with Army regulations Army supply procedures or government logistics operations

• Experience with Asset Management Systems Supply Chain Operations or Unified Tracking Systems

• Prior experience or internship with a DoD contractor or government agency

• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

• Self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision

• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional depot environments

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools

• Post-secondary education or related training preferred but not required

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
