The purpose of this request is to acquire resources with expertise in FHIR standards and applicable Terminology standards who will work with others in support of the Digital Health Standards (DHS) Program to deliver standards components of Patients before Paperwork project in the following capacity and other relevant deliverables as required:
- Confirm HL7 FHIR requirements related to the different streams of work in the Patients before Paperwork project in the context of collect once and use many for direct care and subsequent data use as identified in the OH data and analytics strategy and OH data and analytics operating model areas of focus. and nbsp; and nbsp;
- Provide support related to the following 3 streams of work in the Pb4P project: and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;
- Referrals/Consults/Central Intake
- Provincial Health Service Directory (PHSD)
- Forms (eForms) and nbsp;
- Work collaboratively with the Digital Health Standards Program on the following deliverables related to standards: and nbsp;
- Specification Development and Maintenance and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;
- Standards Orientation and nbsp;
- Walkthrough of Specifications and nbsp;
- Testing Support
- Consultation and collaboration with other partners (within and external to Ontario Health) and nbsp;
Knowledge Transfer Details:
- The resource will ensure full knowledge transfer is provided to the Ontario Health team before end of engagement. Some of this might occur at the end of the engagement but will also be shared as information is obtained/consolidated. Key deliverables will be shared with team.
- The resource must provide all related documentation as part of knowledge transfer protocol. Documents will be reviewed by the appropriate leads and signed off by manager/director.
- The resource will work collaboratively with the Ontario Health team throughout the assignment and ensure key deliverables milestones and documentation are shared.
