Key Responsibilities:
1. Policy & Process Implementation – Assist in reviewing existing policies and ensure smooth communication and execution across departments.
2. Performance Management – Coordinate and manage mid-year and annual appraisal cycles track goal settings and support performance improvement initiatives.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding – Support end-to-end hiring coordinate interviews manage onboarding and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
4. Employee Retention – Track attrition trends collect feedback and support initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction.
5. Training & Development – Creating Training Plan Coordinate learning sessions track training attendance collect feedback and support employee skill development programs.
6. Employee Engagement & Recognition – Plan and execute engagement events maintain recognition trackers and assist in Employer Certification initiatives.
