Business Analysis and Project Management
- Develop a clear understanding of clients core business goals and how system features support those objectives.
- Collect and document detailed requirements for new functionalities and enhancements.
- Provide accurate estimates and scope assessments for project tasks.
- Guide and oversee development teams working on feature delivery.
- Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested against business needs.
- Coordinate deployment and release activities smoothly.
- Manage defect prioritization and resolution processes.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in business analysis and project management preferably within software development or FinTech environments (4 years).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
- Proficiency in requirements gathering documentation and specification writing.
- Experience with project planning estimation and resource management tools and techniques.
- Hands-on experience working with development teams understanding technical constraints and trade-offs.
- Familiarity with testing processes including creating test cases and supporting quality assurance efforts.
- Knowledge of deployment and release management best practices.
