Lead Frontend Engineer

Were looking for a solid Frontend Engineer who truly understands APIs and the broader ecosystem of modern web applications. This role combines advanced technical skills with a comprehensive vision of how frontend backend infrastructure and user experience interact within a web app. 

This role is ideal for someone with a high degree of autonomy without formal team management. Youll design and implement scalable secure and reusable solutions using React applying SOLID principles to ensure code quality and long-term maintainability. 

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex frontend initiatives driving them from concept to production with minimal supervision. 
• Develop robust reusable and scalable components following SOLID principles and industry best practices. 
• Work closely with backend engineers to understand integrate and optimize APIs ensuring smooth and efficient communication between systems. 
• Manage state content and hooks ensuring predictable and maintainable data flows. 
• Implement lazy loading of APIs and asynchronous architectures to enhance performance and responsiveness. 
• Ensure compliance with OWASP security standards preventing vulnerabilities such as SQL injections and cross-site scripting (XSS). 
• Contribute to application deployment and scalability through Kubernetes and containerized environments. 
• Evaluate tickets and requirements to independently propose well-reasoned autonomous solutions. 
• Promote clean architecture performance optimization and maintainable codebases. 

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer with strong React expertise (React Hooks Context API React DOM). 
• Experience in architectural design or system-level decision-making. 
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs. 
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3. 
• Strong grasp of asynchronous programming state management and component reusability. 
• Knowledge of OWASP security standards and best practices for frontend security. 
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality production-ready code. 
• Excellent analytical and communication skills. 
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS Azure or GCP). 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Background in performance optimization and frontend observability. 
• Exposure to Python for scripting or backend integration. 
• Experience working with BigQuery or other analytical data platforms.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
