About the Role

Were looking for a Process and Quality Officer to join aninternational organization with a strong presence in Portugal. This role isideal for someone detail-oriented analytical and eager to grow in the fieldsof process managementdata quality and operational excellence.

Youll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy integrity and consistency ofdata monitoring workflows and improving administrative processes particularly within the Source-to-Pay(S2P) framework. Working across departments youll helpidentify inefficiencies recommend improvements and support continuous processoptimization.

MainResponsibilities

Monitordaily workflows for contract renewals in the internal contractmanagement tool.

Supportpurchase requests and assist managers and ordering customersthroughout the approval cycle.

Manageand control derogations for external assistants and monitorheadcount discrepancies.

Anticipateand follow up on employee departure processes to ensure smoothtransitions.

Centralizeand manage access requests for users in the contract toolincluding remediation actions.

Conductregular reconciliations and audits to guarantee datacompleteness and reliability.

Implementand monitor data quality metrics proactively resolvinginconsistencies.

Collaboratecross-functionally to understand data requirements and drivequality improvements.

Proposeprocess enhancements to strengthen data management andoperational efficiency.

TechnicalSkills (Required)

Professionalexperience (13 years) in data analysis data engineering or asimilar role.

AdvancedExcel skills (Microsoft Office Expert) ability to work withformulas pivot tables and macros.

Strong understanding of data quality control and process management principles.

Experience working with contract management or procurement tools is aplus.
