We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team and help ensure cars are repaired right the first time. Our team works together in a smooth organized and drama-free environment where your expertise and voice are valued. We understand what it feels like to work unappreciated and we make sure its not like that here.
Compensation & Perks:
- Advisor pay structure: Commission % on GP
- Annual pay range: $70000 $140000 based on ability and experience

Who Were Looking For:
- Experienced automotive service advisors who want to work with a professional collaborative team
- Open to learning proven processes that create an efficient and organized shop
- European shop or dealership experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments
- Consult with customers to understand vehicle issues and provide accurate service recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians for timely repair completion
- Communicate updates and additional service needs clearly to customers
- Maintain thorough service records
- Uphold excellent customer service standards
Requirements:
- 3 years of automotive customer service experience
- Knowledge of European/exotic vehicles preferred
- Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Valid drivers license
