Your Role:

You will ensure residents receive the best quality of care by appropriately scheduling the nursing to cover shifts 24 hours per day 7 days per week and will communicate open shifts and shift changes in a timely manner with the Nursing and Human Resources addition you will monitor and maintain adequate supplies according to budget.
What Were Looking For:
You will be able to demonstrate composure customer focus patience and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and the addition you will have:
- A strong desire and passion to work around people that are unwell disabled or living with dementia
- Flexibility and willingness to modify duties as needed
- Understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
- Intermediate knowledge of MSOffice Suite
- Previous experience scheduling in a healthcare environment preferred
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree or college coursework desirable
