$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidates expertise and years of experience among other factors.

Position Highlights:

Position: Registered Nurse - Treatment Kellogg Cancer Center
Location: Kellogg Cancer Center Evanston
Full Time 40 hours/week
Hours: Monday - Friday: 10 hour shifts no weekends or holidays
Required Travel: May float between 2 other Kellogg Cancer Centers - Glenview and Highland Park

What you will do:

Independently provide safe effective and compassionate nursing care for patients in the Kellogg Cancer Center
Utilize the nursing process in planning implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
Administer chemotherapy medications and blood products
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

What you will need:

Licensure: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure required.
Education:Associates in Nursing required. Bachelors in Nursing strongly preferred
Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross required. OCN/ONS provider card preferred.
Experience: Oncology and/or Outpatient Infusion Center experience preferred.
