What Youll Do:

Lead Projects from Start to Finish:Manage multiple projects through all phasesfrom concept to constructionwith a focus on quality budget and timelines.
Design Excellence:Review and contribute to construction documents drawings and proposals to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
Field Coordination:Conduct site inspections and data collection to support design integrity and project success.
Client Engagement:Build strong relationships through design meetings collaboration and peer reviews.
Financial Oversight:Track milestones prepare projections and support billing processes.
Mentorship:Guide junior engineers and foster team development.
Business Development: Partner with marketing teams on RFQs interviews and presentations.

Job requirements

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred)

10 years of experience in consulting engineering
PE license (or eligibility) in NC SC and VA
Expertise in power lighting data security and fire alarm systems
Experience with building or industrial/manufacturing facilities
Proficiency in design software (Visual SKM) and construction documentation tools
