We are recruiting a Extra Care Team Leader on a part-time basis including evenings weekends and Bank Holidays.
Within this role you will be required to:
Complete rostering electronically and ensure effective building cover.
Chair meetings with staff members
Complete person-centred care plans
Take on duties of home carer when required
Report and record accurately.
Support team manager in recruitment and retention.
