QA Automation Engineer (Tosca Salesforce) - Salesforce Implementation exp is mandatory

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This role requires strong technical skills in test automation frameworks scripting and continuous integration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Automation Development:

Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium Playwright Cypress or Appium.
Develop reusable and modular test automation components.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.

Test Planning & Execution:

Collaborate with developers product managers and manual testers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
Create and maintain test plans test cases and test data for functional regression and performance testing.
Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality.

Defect Management & Reporting:

Log track and manage defects using tools like JIRA Bugzilla or TestRail.
Work closely with development teams to reproduce isolate and resolve issues.
Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in test automation.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance test coverage efficiency and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to QA best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
3 years of experience in test automation and quality assurance.
Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language: Java Python JavaScript or C#.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver TestNG JUnit Cypress or Robot Framework.
Experience with API testing using tools like Postman RestAssured or SoapUI.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (e.g. BrowserStack Sauce Labs).
ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
