Position Summary
As a Project Architect you will play a pivotal role in leading projects from conceptual design through construction administration. You will be responsible for managing client relationships developing design solutions producing high-quality documentation and coordinating with consultants and contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect to contribute to significant projects and grow within a dynamic and established firm. .
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects including schematic design design development construction documents bidding and construction administration.
- Develop strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate client needs and program requirements into innovative and functional design solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings specifications and other technical documents.
- Coordinate with and manage the work of consultants including structural mechanical electrical and plumbing engineers.
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent and contract documents.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architectural staff.
- Contribute to the firms design culture and participate in internal project reviews and design discussions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current building codes regulations and industry best practices.
Education/Skills/Experience:
- Minimum7-12yearsof experience in an architectural firm following the completion of a bachelors degree.
- Possession of a professional degree in Architecture ( or ).
- Proven experience in the design and management of high-end single-family residential and commercial projects
- Exemplary design sensibility coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Revit AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities alongside the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
