Job Title: Client Meeting Coordinator / Research Analyst Global Recruitment Support
(Night Shift 7pm to 4 am)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Client Meeting Coordinator to support our global industry recruitment and sales efforts. This role is critical in ensuring daily client engagement through effective outreach and meeting scheduling. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and must have strong experience in client hunting cold calling email marketing and using platforms like LinkedIn Apollo and other social media tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach & Hunting:
Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn Apollo email and phone calls.
Use social media platforms and professional tools to hunt and engage new clients.
Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations to schedule meetings.
Meeting Scheduling & Coordination:
Schedule daily meetings with potential and existing clients across global time zones.
Maintain and update meeting calendars for the sales and recruitment teams.
Confirm attendance and share meeting agendas ahead of time.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align outreach and meeting strategies.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in client hunting meeting scheduling recruitment support or business development.
Strong experience with LinkedIn Apollo and other client-hunting tools.
Proven skills in cold calling and email marketing.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).(Mandatory)
Ability to hunt any market globally and arrange meeting for example (recruitment IT services)
Ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate meetings globally.
Proficiency in using social media apps for professional outreach and scheduling.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CRM and scheduling tools (e.g. Calendly HubSpot).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional email etiquette and follow-up discipline.
Ability to work independently and meet daily outreach targets.
Good to have : Have own clients
