What were looking for :

As a Cloud Operations Engineer at Zoho Corporation your role would involve designing implementing and maintaining Network/Server solutions as well as provide operational 24/7 support to our Network Operations Center. Key responsibility will be monitoring configuration troubleshooting the day to day activities of servers and network equipment as well as ad hoc project work. The technician will be working closely with the Data Center Manager on projects scheduling.

Requirements

03 years of NOC or network operations experience (including internships or academic projects).
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP BGP OSPF and IP networking fundamentals.
Understanding of L2 switching L3 routing VLAN NAT ARP.
Familiarity with Linux OS and cloud basics (virtualization load balancers).
Interest in working with firewalls switches routers and network monitoring tools.
Exposure to server hardware components (CPU RAM NICs drives).
Willingness to monitor systems and assist with RCA (Root Cause Analysis).

Nice to Have:

Certifications: RHCSA CCNA Linux (optional).
Hands-on projects or labs in network/system administration.

Required Skills:

5 to 8 years of proven experience in areas such as OpenTelemetry standards distributed systems AI/ML-driven performance bottleneck detection Docker and containerization technologies and network infrastructure management (implementation configuration or pre-sales). Strong communication and presentation abilities along with fluency in German. Ability to handle customer objections and technical queries confidently. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Hands-on experience with comparable tools such as Dynatrace AppDynamics Solar winds Datadog Grafana New relic PRTG AWS CloudWatch Azure Monitor or Google Cloud Operations tools or equivalent platforms is required. Certifications around Cloud Architect Certifications (AWS Azure GCP) SRE certifications CCNACCNP certifications could be a value add.
