Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Manager to lead our business development initiatives in the OEM Automobile and Telematics space. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge a strong client network and a proven track record in strategic B2B sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop business opportunities with automotive OEMs and enterprise clients.

  • Lead sales efforts for telematics and IoT products including GPS devices vehicle tracking systems and connected car solutions.

  • Build long-term strategic relationships with OEMs fleet owners and automotive partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product Engineering and Support) to deliver customized client solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations proposals and commercial offers.

  • Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales coordination.

  • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

  • Meet revenue targets and contribute to the companys growth objectives.

  • Represent the company at trade shows exhibitions and industry events.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development in the OEM/automotive or telematics sector.

  • In-depth understanding of telematics IoT solutions GPS tracking and connected vehicle technologies.

  • Strong networking negotiation and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and execute strategic partnerships.

  • Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings and business development.


Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience working with Tier-1/Tier-2 automotive suppliers or vehicle OEMs.

  • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Technical familiarity with CAN-based systems GPS modules or vehicle diagnostics is a plus.
