Key responsibilities

Create technical drawings: Use rough sketches specifications and design concepts to create detailed technical drawings and blueprints using CAD software or by hand.

Collaborate with professionals: Work closely with architects engineers construction managers and other professionals to review and refine designs.

Ensure accuracy and compliance: Verify that all drawings and plans are accurate complete and comply with industry standards regulations and codes.

Prepare documentation: Create all necessary documentation including material lists specifications and reports which may also include estimating material and production costs.

Make adjustments: Modify existing drawings based on feedback from engineers architects or clients to ensure project requirements are met.
