Job Summary
1)OTMS Superuser in one of the domains (1 Superuser for LTA and 1 for OTC 1 S2P Invoicing and 1 for Data & Reporting) total 4 Jl3
2)Can have both IC and Team management requirements
3)Should be able to troubleshoot issues with the identification of process issues. Solution oriented
4)Training: Should be able to train guide and coach the team
5)Horizontal stitching of the E2E process able to understand process maps and create IOP/SOP
6)Lead a team: Project analysis and Data input colleagues for Successful parallel run testing and deployment of Oracle TMS in the GSC
7)Ensuring data quality input for Customer Vendor master data & Standard material codes
8)Testing E2E files Process Flows Data flows and reporting capabilities and Control effectiveness
9)Should be able to pull reports and analyse process flaws
10)Ensure accurate and qualitative process updates and project updates to the leadership
11)Troubleshoot investigate & escalate testing & process challenges to the correct desks
12)Share feedback to strengthen User experience process experience and customer experience outcomes
13)Align & Seek guidelines for KPIs and process flow directions from the Project team and GPLs.
Portfolio Program & Project Management includes roles focused on delivering organizational projects/programs. Responsibilties include: developing program/project management best practices/templates; monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related projects; gathering and reporting consolidated project status and financial information to leadership. May serve as a central governing body to review/audit adherence to methodologies budgets and timing. And may provide full staffing and management for the organizations major projects/programs.
Professional stream includes those who are individual contributors with main emphasis on applying technical/discipline knowledge rather than managing people to achieve results although coaching/mentoring less experienced staff informal supervisory responsibilities or overseeing work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and program are common.
Individual work ranges from setting objectives and delivering on own work responsibilities to being a leading expert within a given field and influencing long term tactical decisions of the organization.
Progression within this stream reflects increasing depth of professional knowledge project management capability and the ability to influence others.
A colleague at this level works independently within defined boundaries and guidelines in a specific area but will need supervision and support on more complex tasks. Knowledge is required for the application of practical methods and techniques work procedures and processes.
Solutioning is through a choice between known alternatives within the area of expertise and the leader will evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of the solution.
The job requires previous work experience in a related area or practical knowledge obtained via advanced education.
Leaders at this level manage employees day-to-day and set priorities to ensure task completion.
