Job Summary

Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
Handle accounts payable/receivable bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Manage project-wise accounting cost tracking and budget control for construction projects.
Ensure accurate and timely billing invoicing and vendor payments.
Oversee GST TDS and other statutory compliance and filing.
Coordinate with auditors for yearly audits and financial review.
Maintain accurate cash flow and petty cash records.
Use Zoho Books and Tally ERP for all accounting and reporting tasks.
Support management with financial planning forecasting and analysis.
Supervise junior accounting staff

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of construction industry accounting and cost control.
Proficiency in Zoho Books and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Excellent understanding of GST TDS PF ESI and income tax rules.
Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation budgeting and MIS preparation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting Commerce or Finance ( / preferred).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting preferably in a construction firm.
