Job Summary

  • Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Manage project-wise accounting cost tracking and budget control for construction projects.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing invoicing and vendor payments.
  • Oversee GST TDS and other statutory compliance and filing.
  • Coordinate with auditors for yearly audits and financial review.
  • Maintain accurate cash flow and petty cash records.
  • Use Zoho Books and Tally ERP for all accounting and reporting tasks.
  • Support management with financial planning forecasting and analysis.
  • Supervise junior accounting staff



Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of construction industry accounting and cost control.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
  • Excellent understanding of GST TDS PF ESI and income tax rules.
  • Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation budgeting and MIS preparation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and reporting abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting Commerce or Finance ( / preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting preferably in a construction firm.
