Job Summary

We are currently working with a Private Investment firm who are currently seeking to hire an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join their team in Dublin. This is a highly varied role that ensures the smooth day-to-day running of their Dublin team and will suit someone who is proactive collaborative and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities of this Executive Assistant & Office Manager Job:
  • Organise and manage busy calendars and meeting schedules across multiple time zones proactively anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights visas hotels ground transportation and meal reservations ensuring both business needs and personal preferences are met.
  • Conduct facilities inductions for all new employees.
  • Manage office social calendar including recognising team birthdays and organising team socials.
  • Assist with Managing office facilities budget including processing invoices.
Requirements of this Executive Assistant & Office Manager Job:
  • Previous EA/PA experience ideally in financial or professional services.
  • Good knowledge of Outlook- Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive in approach and able to anticipate and find creative solutions to problems.
  • Strong presence with Senior Team members.
