What youll be doing:
- Owner of Masterdata for the division; Organize maintain and update internal databases including digital personnel records
- Advise and support management in legal employee cases employment law etc.
- Update and maintain crew company policies when relevant and in alignment with legislation and HR/Maersk policies
- Own and secure recruitment
- Secure general employee administration as contracts addendums terminations etc..
- Handle all visa requirements for employees as needed
- Stay up to date with HR processes and policies in Maersk
- Develop and maintain HR-owned SharePoint site HR policies and Employee Handbooks
- o Together with leaders; develop maintain and deliver a great onboarding experience to all new-joiners
- Secure drug background checks and other pre-employment screenings for new-hires and employees
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy laws (e.g. GDPR)
- Secure together with other departments staff-badges airport ID-badges and P-cards
- Facilitateelections for Works Council and Employee Representatives on the Board
- HR Subject Matter Expert within relevant topics when time allows
To succeed in this role we believe that you can offer:
- Take ownership and act autonomously and proactively while engaging in cooperation and teamwork to find solutions
- Experience with HR field min 6-8 years
- Able to deal with and accept uncertainty as part of an ever-evolving organisation
- Flexibility and willingness to continuously learn and develop
- Familiar with Danish employment law (Danish Salaried Employees Act) and Employee Relations and collective bargaining agreements
- Experience with HR Information Systems is an advantage.
- Familiar with applicable data protection and privacy laws (e.g. GDPR)
- Written and verbal fluency in both Danish & English is preferred
- Experience in project management would be an asset
