Your Mission:

Lead with Vision:

• Support the education and development of nursing team members across our clinics ensuring every clinician is equipped to deliver safe compassionate and evidence-based care.

Innovate and Elevate:

• Create update and manage clinic policies protocols and reference materials that reflect best practices and regulatory standards. Bring creativity and clarity to complex medical content.

Analyze and Empower:

• Monitor educational trends assess needs and develop resources that drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Regional Managers and clinical staff to keep our learning materials current and impactful.

Collaborate and Conquer:

• Partner with cross-functional teamsincluding Quality Operations and National Learningto ensure alignment incorporate feedback and strengthen our clinical excellence across Canada.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education & Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with provincial licensing body
• Experience developing educational content and providing clinical training
• Strong knowledge of infusion/clinical best practices (experience in acute ICU or specialty settings is an asset)

Tech & Tools:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint)
• Experience with YouTube or video management tools for training content

Creative Genius:

• A natural educator with the ability to translate complex medical knowledge into engaging accessible learning materials
• A problem-solver who thrives in dynamic evolving environments

Analytical Acumen:

• Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills with attention to accuracy and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying flexible to shifting priorities
