We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Virtual Data Entry Intern to join our team this role you will help update organize and maintain company data in our systems. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to gain experience working in a professional flexible and remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Enter update and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets.
Review information for accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain digital records and files.
Assist with basic data cleanup and formatting tasks.
Follow company data entry procedures and confidentiality policies.
Support team members with administrative or reporting tasks as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or current enrollment in a college program (any major welcome).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel Google Sheets or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written communication and time management skills.
Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
