Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an Administrative Data Clerk who will combine administrative support with data management duties. This hybrid role supports both remote and on-site tasks and provides a flexible working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage administrative and project data records.

  • Enter update and archive data supporting remote and onsite workflows.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and remote accessibility of data for stakeholders.

  • Provide remote support for administrative tasks such as record keeping bookkeeping of data.

  • Collaborate with remote teams and on-site managers for efficient data operations.




Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

  • Experience in administrative support or data clerical work.

  • Comfortable working remotely and using remote administrative systems.

  • Strong organization attention to detail and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively.

Required Skills:
