As a Job Site Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating materials necessary to complete specific contracted customer projects. This includes coordination and communication with the customer assurance of customer satisfaction and delivering value added services on-site to the customer.
Primary Duties:
Become knowledgeable of the job site and key aspects of the project (needs phases specifications processes etc.)
Establish and maintain necessary relationships with customer contacts.
Receive and prepare product for delivery to point of use.
Maintain an adequate inventory level to fill customer needs.
Assist in the search for new products and seek to improve negotiations with vendors.
Schedule product deliveries determine storage of product at job site and replenish the product on-site as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have organizational skills interpersonal skills be a self-starter and have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Communication skills customer service and relationship-building skills multi-tasking skills and computer skills.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid drivers license and/or CDL.
Current medical certification card and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a medical certification card.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Often standing walking and sitting needed. Most of the time the use of hands/fingers to handle/feel/reach needed. Occasionally climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching or crawling needed.
Most of the time lifting up to 100 pounds needed.
Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more) color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors) peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point) and depth perception (three-dimensional vision ability to judge distances and spatial relationships) needed.
May be required to work more than 40 hours per week.
